Extensive Search Secures Lease of Former Revlon Property

Beginning April 1, 2000 Domain will take occupancy of its new warehouse and distribution facility located in the Edison Town Center, Edison, New Jersey. The move from Elizabeth, New Jersey, is expected in two phases, and will be completed by August 1, 2000. The 105,000 square foot facility includes 4,300 square feet of modern office space including a lunchroom and training room. Domain President, Jim McCullagh stated, "We have searched extensively for a suitable facility to accommodate our special needs and are extremely excited about this new location. This brand new, modern, high cubed warehouse will provide Domain with the warehousing capability and capacity to expand the business to double its size within the immediate future and allow us to better serve our customers. In addition, there is the opportunity to expand the building beyond its present size for future growth." Domain currently operates 23 stores from Boston, MA to Washington, DC in up-scale regional shopping malls and at freestanding locations.
