STORE MANAGER

If you are highly motivated with a desire to work for a home furnishings leader, join our team as a Store Manager. Use your leadership skills to motivate and build a team of professional design consultants to exceed sales goals and provide exemplary customer service. Must be detail oriented, a self starter and possess excellent communication and recruiting skills. If you have at least three years of retail management experience, preferably in a furniture or commissioned sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

MANAGER AT LARGE

Initially, this person will work in a Domain store as a Store Manager at Large; working and learning all functions of the business. You will be placed as a store manager upon successful completion of your orientation and at a time when a store manager position becomes available. Use your leadership skills to motivate and build a team of professional design consultants to exceed sales goals and provide exemplary customer service. Must be detail oriented a self starter and possess excellent communication and recruiting skills.

AGA SALES CONSULTANT

Domain is a top-ranking dealer of Aga Ranges, the legendary cast iron stoves from England. Showcased in a beautiful lifestyle setting, our live ranges allow potential owners to learn about and cook on this unique range. Our most effective tool for selling Aga's is through live cooking demonstrations, which is a primary responsibility of our Aga Sales Consultants. This responsibility includes educating, exciting, guiding, and selling customers by helping them "test drive" the Aga. Clientele development, local networking & in-house events make for a truly unique opportunity. We offer a dynamic working environment that fosters creativity and provides unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth. Full training and sales support are provided. A generous commission is paid in addition to a base salary.

STORE ADMINISTRATOR

As the Store Administrator you will support the store manager and staff of design consultants in a variety of administrative, operations and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include daily sales order review and reconciliation; general store maintenance; updating inter-store reports; inventory and cycling; trouble-shooting customer issues and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years administrative support, retail experience a plus. You should possess great verbal and written communication skills. You are capable of multi-tasking and managing a diverse workload. Additional responsibilities and requirements apply.
