Scheduling Your Furniture Delivery

If your merchandise is in stock we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a date for delivery. If the merchandise you ordered is not in stock, we will call you after we receive the merchandise into our warehouse to schedule your delivery. Generally, deliveries are made within 2-3 weeks of purchase for items being delivered on our regular delivery routes.

We will arrange a 4-hour time window for your delivery. For example, a 4-hour time window can be between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending upon the delivery route. Our scheduling department will give you the time window when your delivery is scheduled and confirmed. We will try to accommodate your request for a special time frame.
