| November 15, 1999: DOMAIN FINDS NEW HOME FOR GROWING BUSINESS |
| Beginning April 1, 2000 Domain will take occupancy of its new warehouse and distribution facility located in the Edison Town Center, Edison, New Jersey. The move from Elizabeth, New Jersey, is expected in two phases and will be completed by August 1, 2000. The 105,000 square foot facility includes 4,300 square feet of modern office space including a lunchroom and training room.
